These SMS Terms describe the Stationhouse Grill Text Club. When you check the optional Text Club consent box on a form at stationhousegrill.com, you agree to these terms.
Program status — pending provider activation
Stationhouse Grill does not currently operate an active text message program. No messaging provider has been activated for Stationhouse Grill, and we are not sending marketing or transactional text messages at this time. If you opt in today, your request and the wording you agreed to are recorded, and nothing is sent unless and until a Stationhouse Grill program is activated. The terms below describe how the program will operate once it launches.
Providing your phone number is not consent
Phone numbers submitted on our contact, catering, and private events forms are used only so our team can follow up about that specific inquiry. Providing a phone number never enrolls you in the Text Club. Only the separate, optional Text Club checkbox does that.
Consent
By checking the optional Text Club box, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Stationhouse Grill at the phone number you provided, once the program is active. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, inquiry, or job application. Consent given to any other business or prior brand is not consent for Stationhouse Grill.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will not receive a fixed number of messages per month.

How to opt out
Once the program is active, reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. Because no messages are being sent today, you can also withdraw a stored opt-in at any time through our unsubscribe page or the contact form.

Supported carriers
Messages are typically supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
